“Gardening to feed the soul, nurture healthy relationships, and encourage community involvement.”

Is your garden feeling outdated or uninspired? Perhaps it could be more eco-friendly and support the local pollinators, or maybe your kids have grown up and the lawn is not being enjoyed in the way that it used to. Time to mix things up. Whether you have a small backyard or an expansive property, your…

Each new season brings an opportunity to add dynamic color, texture, and style to your entryways, patios, and garden beds throughout the year. Did someone say seasonal pots? This winter, Jen is cozying up with books rooted in nature, ecology, and personal growth.

Seeing our native plants provide ecoservices – contributing food and habitat for surrounding plants – gives us a new appreciation for the relationships they foster. This fall, we’re excited to spotlight one of our favorite autumn flowers: the native aster. We see these colorful beauties growing along the road and in wild places such as…

We worked with Jennifer from My Thyme Gardens to landscape an area in the front of our house. Jennifer is extremely knowledgeable in all things in the gardening world, but in particular with pollinator plantings, which is what we wanted for our garden. She came out and assessed the area and listened to needs and wants and then designed us a beautiful garden! She also sourced and delivered the plants, and then spent considerable time placing them. She gave us tips and demos on good planting techniques and even taught me how to arrange and place the rocks that we had amongst the plants. We wanted to do our own planting which was fun, and with all of Jennifer’s help we are now enjoying a really beautiful garden! I highly recommend Jennifer and My Thyme Gardens for your landscaping needs!
